  1. Aloha! I have purchased all of Dr. Chang’s books, and will commit to focus on the practice at least four of the eight Pillars. I want to pursue membership. Your attention to this matter is much appreciated.

    Aloha, Ken Ng

If you’re experiencing problems with the membership sign-up process, they can help walk you through it. They can also clarify membership criteria and benefits.

        Aloha!

I am living in the Philippines. Will this affect receiving any of my member benefits?

        Thank you,

  2. I read The complete system of Self-Healing: internal exercises and I do practice and I do meridians massage. I would like to know if I meridians massage everyday is good or no good. When I do, I feel good and making me have more energy to do my job done.

    • Hello Busaya,

You can practice the Meridian Massage as often as you like. Every morning and evening is ideal. In the morning only rub up the inside of the legs, then both directions on the arms, in the evening rub down the outside of the legs and then both directions on the arms.
